Since 2017
Algorithmic Trading Technology for Digital Assets
Systematic exposure to digital-asset markets through software-driven, rules-based execution infrastructure.
Software infrastructure with Defined Operating boundaries
SYSTEMATIC MODULE LAYER
Systematic modules built on controlled software infrastructure
Rule-based software modules designed to support structured participation in digital-asset markets.
CFT modules operate through predefined logic, exposure parameters and execution constraints. The objective is to provide a disciplined software framework for professional counterparties seeking systematic digital-asset market access.
Module activity is governed by software rules, monitoring workflows and deployment-specific controls, without discretionary portfolio management by CFT.
CLIENT-CONTROL FRAMEWORK
Technology deployment designed around client-controlled accounts and defined permissions.
CFT does not take custody of client assets and does not hold withdrawal authority. Where API connectivity is used, permissions are limited to approved execution functions and exclude withdrawal or transfer rights.
Deployment may be structured through client-controlled exchange accounts, sub-account environments, institutional gateways or approved partner-platform routes.
CFT Systematic Modules
CFT Systematic Macro Swing Module
Systematic macro module for multi-day to multi-week positions. Operates through predefined exposure rules, risk controls, and execution constraints based on CFT’s proprietary methodology.
CFT Systematic Macro Intraday Module
Standalone intraday module designed for same-day systematic execution. Positions open and close within the trading session, with defined exposure limits and no overnight exposure by default.
CFT Systematic Macro Hybrid Module
Combined Swing + Intraday configuration with separate sleeve budgets. Designed to balance longer-duration macro exposure with intraday execution while maintaining distinct risk allocation.
Infrastructure Features
Direct API Deployment - Systematic Software Logic
Software modules are deployed through restricted API keys on exchange accounts owned and controlled by the client. Withdrawal permissions are disabled at API level. Trading permissions are limited to approved execution functions. The client retains account control and asset ownership. CFT does not take custody and does not hold withdrawal authority.
Module activity is driven by predefined rules, market inputs, exposure parameters and execution constraints.

Institutional Gateway / SDK Integration
For funds, asset managers and platforms that require order flow to pass through their own infrastructure, CFT order instructions can be routed through an institution-operated gateway or SDK endpoint rather than directly to the venue. Only order submission and management (write operations) pass through the gateway; market data and account state are read directly from the venue.
Any validation, risk controls or audit logging applied at the gateway operate within the institution’s environment and under its authority. CFT provides execution software and connectivity only: it does not hold client assets, and venue access is limited to execution-scoped credentials issued by the client or its gateway operator.
Under this route, position sizing is referenced to the notional configured for the account rather than the margin deployed at the venue, supporting integration of a module as an external systematic sleeve within broader, notional-based allocation frameworks.
Control & Security
CFT does not hold client assets and never receives withdrawal authority.
Withdrawal Permissions Disabled
Withdrawal permissions are disabled at API level; the client controls deposits, withdrawals and account access.
Restricted Trading Permissions
Trading permissions are restricted to approved execution functions; read-only access may be used for monitoring, reporting and reconciliation.
Hard Risk Limits in Software
Hard risk limits are enforced in software: exposure caps, drawdown controls, no-trade conditions and automated trading halts.
Monitoring & Reconciliation
Monitoring, reporting and reconciliation outputs support client and institutional oversight. Clients and institutions retain visibility over balances, positions and account activity through their own exchange, platform or reporting environment.
Dedicated Execution Infrastructure
Execution infrastructure operates on dedicated servers with restricted access controls and defined incident procedures.
